| GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT |
| The company has been continuing its boxing sessions with the community after school and on the weekends, and has been continuing with boxing sessions during school outreach across various boroughs such as Camden, Islington and Barnet. AYBI has started its second year of education through teaching Functional Skills English and Maths with qualified teachers to NEET individuals. School leavers have made the most of the education at AYBI and have passed and received their qualifications, and the turnout to boxing sessions has increased throughout the year, peaking within the summer months. |

| The company has had regular and annual meetings with its stakeholders, and consulted them with regular progress of the children and young people attending the boxing sessions, as well as the Functional Skills students. |
